Esias Bosch

This is a watercolor portrait of a very well known artist who lived on a large property in the Lowveld.  He was described as the “father of South African creative ceramics”. The background was the view from his veranda.  Although the painting was commissioned quite a long time ago, it is a good example of my watercolor portraits.  We spent many hours together sipping coffee and chatting about Art.
